Important Customization Notes
Photo Requirements (for photo-engraved items)
- File format: JPG, PNG, or PDF
- Resolution: Minimum 1000×1000 pixels (high-definition, no blurriness or grain)
- Content: Clear, front-facing photos of your pet (avoid obstructions like collars, toys, or other objects)
- How to submit: Upload directly via the product page’s “Photo Upload” tool, or send to support@barbara-sz.com with your order number in the subject line.
Additional Rules
- Memorial messages: We reserve the right to reject inappropriate or offensive content.
- Revision limits: After 2 free revisions, additional changes may incur a small fee ($5 USD per revision).
